Terms of Service
By creating a Sandar account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sandar streams audio and video. Free accounts get the full audio catalogue with the limits described on our plans page; Plus and Family remove those limits and unlock video, offline downloads and unlimited radio, as described there.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to register.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis after any trial period. You can cancel at any time from Account, then Manage billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
Content and licensing
How this catalogue was assembled, and how to reach us about a recording, is set out in our licensing notice. If you are a rights holder with a concern about any recording, email sandar@sandar.live and we will act on it.
Advertising
The free tier is supported by advertising. How that works, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is described in our privacy policy. Plus and Family subscribers see no advertising.
Acceptable use
Do not share your account credentials publicly, attempt to circumvent playback limits or download protections, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
